The Spirit of man is more important than mere physical strength, and the spiritual fiber of a nation than its wealth.
– Dwight D. Eisenhower
Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid or terrified because of them, for the LORD your God goes with you; he will never leave you nor forsake.
Deuteronomy 31:6

Billboards all over Phoenix promoting Cityfest
Tempe Town Lake played host to family free event called Arizona CityFest. The two-day festival drew over 110,000 people. Bringing the gospel message was world-renowned evangelist Luis Palau. Over 550 churches and businesses worked hard over the past year to make this event happen. TobyMac, Skillet, The Band Perry, and Mat Kearney were just some of the top Christian artists that played to the large crowd as Luis Palau brought a message of Good News both nights. Also featured were action sport demos from skateboarding to freestyle cycling and motocross. Volunteers participated in over 140,000 hours of labor at more than 450 projects in the local community leading up to the event. I got to attend the first day with family and friends.
