Well… maybe not much today. After church, we headed into Karen for lunch and supply shopping. We made a stop at The Junction – a Kenyan mall. There was a restaurant/coffee place there called the Java House that served American food. I ordered a burger and a chocolate shake. It was a nice change from rice and beans. Heather (who is staying for 6 months) talked to me about her passion for missions. It was encouraging to hear considering she is just out of high school. I then wandered off and enjoyed a nice cup of Kenyan coffee at the coffee bar. Then we headed back to prepare for VBS week tomorrow.
