I time and again have realized the importance of having brothers in Christ. Before I went through divorce, I joined a men’s program that I never felt comfortable with. Probably because I was the youngest one there and didn’t relate. But when I went through my divorce, those men stuck with me and helped me through those tough times. Then I joined an amazing men’s group that has really helped me commit my life to spiritual maturity, staying in the Word and keeping myself pure. I still today meet with that group on Monday nights. Just this week alone they layed hands on me for my spiritual attacks that I have been facing. Paul has always express his love for his Christian brothers. He longed for the ones that were absent when he was in prison. I have felt this with my own brothers that have left to do God’s will – Jude, Nathan, Jamin.. I just surrendered the feelings that I have for my sister in Christ. It was hard, but two amazing brothers of mine were there to just hang out with me afterwards. There is something about having these brothers in Christ to go to war with in this crazy world. Satan can really lay on the spiritual attacks. Man cannot go head-on alone. I am so blessed for my brothers in Christ.

“Carry each other’s burdens, and in this way you will fulfill the law of Christ.” Galatians 6:2
